Bootable DVD to Bootable Partition 10.6.8
I have a bootable DVD that I would like to make a bootable partition. I have tried directly copying the image to the partition but it doesn't work. Anyone know how I could make this DVD in to a bootable partition? Any help would be wonderful, thanks.

What kind of bootable DVD do you have? If you have the original install DVD for Snow Leopard you can make a partition or even a flash drive bootable with it.
