Wine install problem

hi there,

I am trying to install wine on my mac using the ports downloader but I am getting the following error. Could anyone please help me??

well that is the tutorial that I was following but when i tried to

It sounds like MacPorts has not been configured properly. I suspect the dependency error you received kind of points to that. Without knowing all the details, the best I can suggest is go back over everything and try again.

Hello! before i continue the Wine is for downloading files for windows pc onto a mac running mac os x correct? If so, would I be able to purchase an xbox 360 jtag and download the needed files for it, will i be able to do this with wine?
