Hello,

If I was to buy a copy of office 3 users that already had one key used would i still be able to install it on 3 computers on my network as the previous key user is on another network, just like my office osx worked?

Moved to correct forum. The iOS and Apps forum is for a mobile OS and Apps.

If you're referring to the Mac Office 2011 version known as the family pack (3 users same household) then the answer to your question is no.

If you're referring to the Mac Office 2008 Home and Student version, the EULA is different.

If i was still to buy a 3 user office 2011 with 2 users left, could at a later date the person owning and using the first user key, deactivate my keys through something like the lost key programs you can get.

Would like to save some money but do not want to be bitten!

My suggestion would be to just purchase your own 3 user pack instead of trying to cheat the system.

As bobtomay stated, don't try to cheat the system. Also, the 3 user pack of Office 2011 includes only one key. That key can only be used 3 times, after that it won't activate.
