for any one else who has this problem this is what i did that fixed it

i watched the gapless play back bar and noted some of the songs

i then went in to my itunes library and deleted a few and restarted itunes the number dropped form 109 to about 100 how ever many i deleted form the list

i then noticed that it was doing a cd counting the tracks buy a number
i then stopped the process and found those tracks and the rest of the cd
i noticed that these tracks didnt have all the proper labes for itunes artist/album and more so i put all those tracks in to a play list noticed that there was just a few more then what was being gapless play back looped and just ended up deleting them all! i figured about 100 songs wont hurt me to much out of 14000 song library

now i can open itunes and start listening to my first song with in seconds!
i hope this helps or sparks ideas for people who may have this issue also since it is a hard one to find a awnswer to
