Hi Guys

I currently use MS Office 2011 (Mac). I have a database that has just been sent to me and there is a whole column that is in lower case, and I want it in capitals.

Is there a way that I can change it all to capitals without having to do it manually for each entry?

Thanks in advance

Mark

Use the =Upper(cellreference) command.

For instance if cell a1 is abc, enter =Upper(a1) into cell b1. Once you've done this, then copy cell b1 and use paste special/values to cell a1.
