Who is blocking them? Why are they blocked?

I note you are in Saudi Arabia. It could well be that the government is blocking those sites, and if that is the case, then there's not much you can do, and what solutions you might try are probably illegal there, and we're certainly not going to help you if doing so could get you in serious legal trouble.
