This is where I have seen the product: Download CandyBar for Mac - Customize your OS X toolbar icons and much more. MacUpdate.com

Has anybody used this program before?
I would like to customize some things on my Mac, but I'm not sure if this program is worth a try.

I have candybar on my mac and have used it a couple of times only to restore it to its original state. I wouldn't waste my money on it.

Thanks for the replies.
Yeah, after searching a bit further I realized that I can just copy any image and paste it to the icon in the "get info" box for any folder/program and it will change the icon that way. I think that's much better than getting the Candybar which I thought was free too, but it's not..
The only program I seem to have a problem with changing the icon is with Finder, but I think I will figure it out soon.

You can also change icons by ctrl+clicking it's icon in finder, show package contents, resources and swap out the icon image[useful for stubborn apps like skype, but try it at your own risk, I have no idea if it's safe to do, I just found out I could while playing around one day].

liteIcon will let you change your Finder, Trash, etc. icons and it's free. Download LiteIcon for Mac - Utility to quickly change/restore system icons. MacUpdate.com never had an issue with it.
QUOTE Thanks
