Hello,
* This has never happened before, but when I get mail from one particular social networking site my Mail program automatically deposits the messages in my Junk folder (but doesn't mark the messages as junk). This is weird because I've already tried: 1) Adding the email address it sends from to my address book 2) Marking a message as junk, then marking it as "not junk" to try and "train" the program 3) Creating a rule that anything that comes from this site should be moved to my inbox * Despite all of this the mail still just comes directly to my junk folder. If I select the messages manually then hit "Apply Rules", Mail suddenly realizes what it should do and puts them in my inbox. But this is obviously pointless and not how rules should work. Any help? |
