Thread: Iphoto importing issues

My friend let me put some of the pictures he took onto a flash drive so I could load them into my iphoto library. If I try to add them to my library straight off the flash drive it works, but if I copy the photos to my hard drive and then import them it says they can't be imported because it's either not a valid file type or the data is not valid. But I know the data is valid and that the photos are JPEGS, since I can load straight off my hard drive. what gives?

If you drag and drop them into iPhoto, aren't they there the next time you run iPhoto?Life isn't about waiting for the storm to pass, It's about learning to dance in the rain!
