Hi there - I am a recruiter, and send out quite a few repetitious emails that I customize for different people. We use google apps for our business email, and I used to use MS Outlook 2007 with Imap on my windows machine, and I used the template feature which covered my needs perfectly.
I recently switched to a Mac, and started using Thunderbird. I used the quicktext add-on, which is good - but is still lacking in functionality just a bit. I then purchased MS Office 2011, and was extremely disappointed to see that they don't have the email template functionality anymore. My question is - do you have any recommendations on the best email application to use with Imap that has the template type functionality? Thank you in advance - Andy |

I've never used its template feature, but I use Postbox and it's an exceptionally good email client with quite a few advanced features. They have a free trial available, and can also be bought now via the Mac App Store if that floats your boat.
