GDMate is on a distinguished road

Does anyone know if it is possible to read "replace text" comments/annotations in Preview?

Abode Reader allows for "replace text" marking up when reviewing a pdf.
Adobe Acrobat 9 Standard * Mark up text with edits

However when viewing in Preview, you can only see the strike-through and not the suggested new text.
QUOTE Thanks
