Hi

Can anyone help fix this error?

When trying to save Word documents we have been getting the error saying "Word Quit Unexpectedly..."

Problem Details and System Configuration has this at the top...

First thing I'd try would probably be updating Office to the most recent patch.

2004 is up to 11.6.3

Doubt if it is 2004 mate as info provided reports as Office v.X. Have a look around auction sites for Office 2008 which is going cheap after the release of 2011, and is PPC compatible. Office v.X was released about nine or ten years ago. The last update for Office v. X was released in 2004 and here it is, 10.1.6:-

Hang on to those original install discs like grim death! Using OS X.7 or later make a bootable USB thumb drive before running Installer!
