trying to see if there is an app for screen sharing, kinda like the one built into the macs, but will prompt the user that somebody wants to share your screen.
it is creepy that somebody can auto log into a screen if they know the pw w/o the other person using it. trying to share my screen with a friend but id still like to have a prompt to know he is about to share screen. he will not be on the same wireless network as i |

Hi,
Try looking into the functionality provided in iChat. I think this should meet your needs, but only if the person you wish to share your screen with is also able to run iChat. Best thing to do for more on this topic is to launch iChat and in the Help menu type Share in the Search box, and wait for all the results to propagate. You should eventually get the topic "Sharing your screen with your buddy." HTH, S. |
