The programs (app) that come with Tiger,Is there one that will let me add words to a photo? Kind of like this? If there is, could someone explain how?

Mac Specs: Mac Pro 8x3.0ghz 12gb ram 8800GT , MBP 2.16 2GB Ram 17 inch.

I do not know of any that comes in tiger... photoshop can do that and probably some of the cheaper photo editing software..

I have photoshop elements but can not figure it out. Perhaps some lessons are in order i did a test photo on it but it only saves it as .psd or something like that

you need to use "save for web" to save as a jpg in both photoshop and photoshop elements.

If you have AppleWorks on your machine, you can add text using the drawing program.
