Hi,

I would like to ask all of you who are playing game on the new MBP with new graphic card. Is there any different compare to the old NVIDIA? What is your experience when playing WoW, Startcarft 2...etc?

Beside, how is your experience on windows running bootcamp? Is it as good as with old model MBP?

I am appriciated for any input. Thank you

SG

I've installed StarCraft II on my 13" Core i5 MBP and with the graphics set between low and med, I am getting excellent frame rates and a very playable experience. If you can live without shadow effects and top detail models, it's not a problem at all.

Additionally, here are the Windows Scores for Win7 under bootcamp on my MBP (I only loaded it on long enough to capture the raiting so I had a way of comparing it to my PCs). Surprisingly good scores for integrated graphics.

Are you looking at the 13" model with integrated graphics, or the 15-17" with the discrete GPU? It will make a huge difference, especially if gaming is a significant factor for you.

Liquid and computers don't mix. It might seem simple, but we see an incredible amount of people post here about spills. Keep drinks and other liquids away from your expensive electronics!

I have the high end 15" 2,3GHz High-Res screen with the AMD Radeon HD 6750M card. I have tried Mass Effect 1, Fallout: New Vegas, Starcraft 2. They all play pretty good in the default resolution: 1680 x 1050. Do not expect to be able to play the newest games on highest settings though.

I read somewhere it even run the Crysis 2 demo pretty good. Check youtube.
