Is there a way to save the emails that are on an email server locally to your hard drive.

I have a friend who has 900 emails and is about to have his email account removed from the email server.

As he doesn't want to lose the emails is there a way he can save them locally to his hard drive via Apple Mail?

Thanks!

Right click on the folder that contains the emails you want to save and choose archive mailbox.

You can then save them to your computer.
