Software to restirct Internet Access

Hello.

I'm looking for a solution/application/software for my iMac that basically prompts me with a question every time any of my applications or programs is trying to access the internet, so that I can allow or deny that access.

Can anyone point me in the right direction ?

Is is exactly what I was looking for, plus a few extra great functionalities..
