dvd to mpeghey everyone
i'm looking for best software that can decode dvd files (vob's) into mpegs and avi's so with quality reduction and a smaller size (i want to be able to burn dvd material to a cd) can someone please suggest the best freeware to do that. i'm looking for something that is quite simple to use yet has a wide variety of options
thanks in advance

hey i've tried that hand brake thingy, and ripped a 4min video into both mp4 and avi but when i try to open the files with either quicktime or vlc it just shows the "wheel of doom" forever.
i don't know what to do.
for some reason however i can click get info on a file and watch it in preview
someone please help!
