Yeah, I've had problems just loading the front page. Apples servers must be running hot.

Suffering same problems here. I had a trial of software so first I was getting an 'Installed' message in the App Store. I deleted the App and the library preference files, then when I got to the confirm payment screen nothing happens, no download, nothing. I've rebooted several times now it tells me that the app is installed. Any ideas people? Who do you contact at Apple re App store problems?

Umm. I got a bit further. Able to enter credit card details... pressed enter. Then had to agree to new terms and conditions... then nothing. Absolutely zilch! Tried again from scratch and this time completed the transaction successfully. What a palaver!
