New email addy and RSSI admit to complete ignorance about how RSS works. I am subscribed to about thirty nursing feeds via email. I am about to change ISP's and get a new email address. Does this mean I'll have to resubscribe to the feeds with the new email addy?
I am also subscribed to many medical/nursing forums, newsletters etc. I think I will have a lot of work resubscribing to all them.

That depends, when you say via email does this mean that the RSS feeds are in Apple Mail?
If they are in Apple Mail, they not connected to the email address and should not disappear when you change the email address.
Just add the new address first in the mail preferences>accounts, then remove the old address (if you want) and you should be ok.Use the reputation system if a post helps you!
