Is there an option to add an automatic carbon copy to an email instead of having to type it in everytime?

Are you using the Apple Mail program on your Mac? If so, open preferences and select the "Compose" tab. Place a checkmark in the box that says automatically CC myself. If that's not what you're looking for, please explain further.
