Virtual Pc Problem

Hi All,

I am A new user for Mac and this is my first Mac,and have problem about Virtual pc ,how to run Virtual pc that all file have deleted.( virtual pc not work again after all files is deleted unintentional)
and the last how to install the share folder from mac to virtual pc.
