Hello, I'm trying to figure out Grapher on my mac.
Right now I'm trying to make a linear equation like y=1/2x etc, and I have finally got the coordinate system how I like it. However, I'm having trouble customizing the numbers that are listed on the coordinate grid. Specifically, as I shrink the graph by making the Grapher screen smaller it crunches the 0 (the origin) into the 1 and -1 next to it. It makes for a dirty looking graph in that one spot. See the attachment! Any suggestions? My goal is to be able to create simple linear equations and to be able to adjust the size to my liking so I can take screen shots. I want the formatting of the graph itself to be presentable. |
