Is it possible to find it or something equivalent ?

I'm kinda new to Macs and i wish to get something to mount ISOs images.

I don't know what exactly you're looking for, but I think you can easily mount an ISO image without any additional software. DiskUtility should be able to do that, as far as I remember...
