Yes. Must from a game and opens on a PC.

Hang on to those original install discs like grim death! Using OS X.7 or later make a bootable USB thumb drive before running Installer!

This website says that it's from 3DS Max as a special type of archive. Is it possible for whoever sent it to you to send it in another format (assuming someone sent it to you)?
