For some reasons, when I use Safari or even Firefox, my Adobe Flash plugin crashes so often. What can be the cause of this problem and how do I fix it ?

What's your OS + version and what is the version of Flash ?
Does it crash on all web sites with flash content or only on some ?

We don't have a crystal ball over here

The problem is not the problem. The problem is your attitude towards the problem. You understand ?

Have you tried re-installing it? Is it limited to particular sites?

Yeah, I am using OS 10.6.5 and Flash 10.1 and it crashes on all websites with flash content

So I have tried to reinstalled it and it still happens though.
