how to force fullscreen on a windowed app?
I have civ 5 running in a "fullscreen" window, but want the menubar to go away as well... is there a way to force a program to run in fullscreen? there's no option in the menubar to choose fullscreen from and I've already tried the basic commands for fullscreen cmd+f, cmd+shift+f, shift+f but it dosent work
