Thread: Acrobat help

Can anyone help me out.
How do you create the 'tab' like things you see on the side of PDF documents? I don't mean bookmarks, but something like a divider that separates the different sections/chapters of a document.
I am using Acrobat 9 and am obviously not use the correct terminology because I can't find any mention of this in the help section.
