I have the the recovered files issue with my iMac. I am trying ti delete the contents of the offline cache folder but I am having a terrible time navigating the dir in terminal bash. It is not finding the directory. I can cd to /Library, but beyond that it is not recognizing /mail. And if I when I try the entire /dir string its still doesn't find it. However I am still having this issue. I am so frustrated I can't get this to work.

The mail subdirectory under Library is capitalized. Are you sure you are typing it correctly?
cd ~/Library/Mail ,_____o00o _ //___l__,\____\,__ l_--- \___l---OlllllllO (o)_)-o- (o)_)--o-)_) |
