Hi there,

i have spent over three hours on the phone today with Apple and Microsoft and both are blaming each other so i am turning here for some help / advice! (please)

I have baught office mac 2011 and installed it, to cut a long story short when i open it under my "normal" user name i get an error message saying "Quit unexpectedly" (report below).

when i log in under work user name it works fine, it was installed under my "normal" user name, i have tried to un-install and install under another acc but same problem, any ideas?

How did you uninstall Office 2011? Since there is no uninstaller included, you need to follow these instructions to uninstall prior to reinstalling: (From the MS KB)

Try uninstalling using the above instructions and then reinstall under your Admin user name. Let us know.
