Can You Change The Cursor in Snow Leopard?

Is there a way to change the cursor on a MacBook Pro running Snow Leopard? I can't find anything in Preferences. I'd like to make the cursor a little larger and easier to see. TIA.

Mac Specs: 1.8 GHz i7 MBA 11" OSX 10.8.2

System Preferences -> Universal Access -> Mouse & Trackpad -> Cursor Size is down at the bottom
