Anyone got problems with snow leopard and bittorrent

Anyone got problems with snow leopard and bittorrent,

I've installed it but when i try open a torrent file it just seems to do nothing,

Anyone else got the same issue?

Never used bittorrent on a mac(used to on my old PC a while ago). I use transmission with no problems at all, I think it might be the best torrent client for mac.
