Hi all,
Anyone use Pages?
The manual says:

To look up word definitions quickly, select the word you wish to reference and choose
Edit > Writing Tools > “Look Up in Dictionary and Thesaurus.”

But when the dictionary appears, the selected word is not entered. You have to retype the word in the dictionary window.
Anyone know if this is an issue, or am I missing a setting somewhere?

Thanks

Your right it doesn't work the way we think it should,
You could do this, move the text cursor over the word (No need to select it first) and press command+control+d and then press more.
It will open the dictionary with the word definition ready.

The next sentence is true. The previous sentence is false.

Thanks for the reply.
I also discovered that if you select a word once, and get the (empty) dictionary window, then do exactly the same again, it shows the dictionary definition.

Be nice if they fixed it though.
