    Setting Up My Mail
I have been a PC user my whole computing life up until 2 days ago, when I received a Macbook Pro for my 18th. I want to use the same email address that I use on my PC (Outlook) as I do on my Mac too keep things simple, but I am not sure what type of email account it is. I am given the following options "POP, IMAP, Exchange 2007, Exchange IMAP".

All help is greatly appreciated, thank you!

    Specs:
    MacBook Pro | LED Cinema Display | iPhone 4 | iPad 2
IMAP is preferred if you want to keep email in sync between multiple devices.

Of course, it depends on what your e-mail provider allows also and what they support.
