So I've read up on Apple Remote Desktop..
What does Curtain Mode look like? I know that it prevents the end user from seeing what you (the administrator) is doing on the end computer, but like, does this mean that the end user will not notice a single thing going on? iPad Air 2 - iOS 9.3
iPhone 6 64GB - iOS 9.3
Mac mini early 2009 - OS X El Capitan 10.11.4
MacBook unibody/white late 2009 - OS X El Capitan 10.11.4

It covers the remote computers screen with a red stage curtain that has a large lock in the middle with a optional lock message underneath.
At least that was how it looked the last time I saw it.
