c complier (MacOSX Gcc)

i just switch to Mac from windows.

i try to make a sample c program.
is already C complier(MacOSX Gcc) installed on MAC ?

if it is, then how can i check?

Mac Specs: 2012 13" MBP (2.5 i5, 8GB)

vansmith is offline
No C compiler is installed by default. To install GCC, install the Xcode development tools. You can get this from your install discs or from ADC. You can register as a developer on ADC for free here (you have to register to get Xcode from the website).
