GeekTool Refresh time

How can I have a set time for GeekTool to refresh? It's way too slow for me to have the time.

Yes you can and as you can see in the image below i have this particular Shell Script to refresh every 20 Seconds.


But you can have it refresh as much or as little as you need ...
This is for GeekTool 3
