Hi, I've just got a Mac and I was wondering if there's anyway to make screenshots of a movie file, like in Media Player Classic. If you have an app in mind, would you please tell me what video format(s) will work.

Thanks for your reply, but VLC only takes 1 shot at a time. I need a software that will take a shot every few seconds/minutes and auto join them.
