How to Permanently Remove Updater folder from Documents folder?

Re: Photoshop CS on Snow Leopard.

How can I permanently remove the Photoshop Updater folder from the Documents folder, and then re-locate it to a more appropriate folder, like the Library folder?

The Photoshop CS software put it there, I assume by default.

When you update it asks you where to put it (at least it does on Windows) once you choose it you seem to be stuck with it (at least on Windows). I haven't got PS for Mac yet.
