Does anyone know of Snow Leopard compatible software that will compare two lists? I can get the lists into Excel, Word, Filemaker and probably others, but I am looking for software that will compare the lists and return either the duplicates orsomehow flag them.

Are you working solely on your Mac, or do you have access to Windows via Parallels or Boot Camp? If you have the latter there's a free utility called Windiff which will compare two files & highlight differences for you. If no Windows you could write a formula or macro in Excel that would do the comparison for you.

There are bound to be a few command lines for comparing txt files like cmp or diff
But to be honest I have never tried them, try somewhere like.
