Clean Mail.app Interface

This may seem obvious to most people but if you choose text only on the main Mail.app window toolbar, you'll remove the graphic icons and be left with a nice, clean text only interface.

Gives Mail.app a new, minimalist look.

What other tips can you guys suggest to give OS X a minimalist look?
