    itunes permission problem
    when i open my itunes i get the following message: the itunes library file is locked, on a locked disk, or you do not have permission for this file. Does anybody know how to fix this problem? i really need my itunes
    Macbook 2,1- 2.16 GHz intel core 2 duo processor 4gb ram running mac osx 10.6.2

    first couple of things to try

    Restart your computer
    Repair permissions
