Indesign cs3 wont open in snow leopard

hey guys

ive seen a lot of posts about InDesign CS3 problems in snowleopard.
I cant even get it open.

im running os x 10.6.2 on a the first MacBook Pro 2ghz intel.

it begins to load and gets to here and gives me this message (see image)


any ideas? help help

photoshop opens,
illustrator opens,
flash opens

dreamweaver does not (i dont care about dw)
indesign does not
