Have you tried Audacity? I don't like it much, but its free and should come with a reverb AU plugin ...

There's also a 30-day trial of Adobe's Soundbooth, you might look at that as well.

Personally I use Amadeus Pro, and find it well worth the $30 or whatever it costs exactly. I love it.
