I want to buy Final Cut Express, but am worried that my computer may be incompatible. The possible incompatibility is the graphics card. They say the application requires "An AGP or PCI Express graphics card compatible with Quartz Extreme". My graphics card is a GeForce 8600M GT with a PCIe bus, but it does not explicitly state that it supports Quartz extreme on the Graphics/Displays pane. My dad's graphics card is also a GeForce 8600M GT with a PCIe bus, but his states that it supports Quartz Extreme. Does anyone know whether my card will work? Thanks a lot.

Without doing any verification, I would say yes.

But you can verify, check here.

I cannot be held responsible for the things that come out of my mouth.
In the Windows world, most everything folks don't understand is called a virus.
