Probably not. Regardless, assisting with pirating games is against forum rules (yes, it's still piracy even if you own the Windows version, sorry to say).
If you have an Intel Mac though, then one alternative is to play your Windows version via Crossover Games. It plays flawlessly for me with the latest Crossover version under Snow Leopard. It does require some workarounds. Also advise us if you have used or installed any antivirus, security, or "cleaning" software on your Mac.
