Mac Mail App + Gmail Tabs

I'm just having this problem and its quite annoying having to double check messages... I already have gmail mailbox and don't need the extra tab... I have been trying to find how to remove this but haven't found anything, and it was automatically created when i setup my gmail account, tho it did not create anything for hotmail or other mail accounts... So.. anyone knows how to remove it? |
