Spaces: new function for 2 monitors?

I'm not sure where or when, but I think I've heard there is a Spaces app which allows you to use different spaces on different monitors?

Ideally I'd like one monitor to stay as space 1, and to "rotate" the other monitor through spaces 2, 3, 4 etc...

If anyone knows of what this is, that would be great!
