Hi everyone,
I just bought my brand new MacBook and came back to the wonderful Mac World. Everything has been smooth and fine so far, until last week, when I was inside my Cafe World in Facebook using Safari and I refreshed my screen. I got a blue screen after the splash one, and can't get on to the game since. I contacted Zynga and they replied they were escalating the question, since I've updated Flash, Java and even switched to Chrome & Firefox, which I am currently using. I logged on from my old laptop and did get into my game, so it seems to be the Mac, even though I am able to get into other games such as happy aquarium (not by Zynga). Can anyone help me??? Thanks a lot!! |

Have you checked to see if your firewall is stopping it..
I just went face book and never had a problem with it.. Most times i do its FB that actually is the problem. Is there anything else apart from FB that doesnt work ?? I would put money on it being FB Dont hold me to it though lol Dont forget to use the Reputation System if someone has helped you out !!! Arguing with a zealot is only slightly easier than tunneling through a mountain with your forehead!!!!! |

Ok guys....
After reading innumerable postings and trying helplessly to get support from Zynga, I downgraded my flash player to 9.0 and guess what???? EVERYTHING WORKS!!!! 1. I uninstalled Flash using the uninstaller from adobe How to uninstall the Adobe Flash Player plug-in and ActiveX control 2. I ran a Google search and installed Flash 9 from here: http://www.venuzcomplex.com/2009/08/...ario-para.html Hope it works for anyone who needs it!!! |

I cannot be held responsible for the things that come out of my mouth. In the Windows world, most everything folks don't understand is called a virus. Place your vote for our Member of the Month |
