Hi everyone-
I am trying to figure out how to edit an existing email address in my address book on iMac mail. I know how to get to the address book, but when I click on the Edit option there is nothing that allows me to actually edit the individuals email. Can someone help? Thanks

Try clicking on the Edit button once and then once again while in your address book. This worked for me. Once you've got the contact info where you want it press the "+" button under the names column to complete the change. Of course, you'll have to click on the contact you want to edit first. Hope it helps

I'm not sure if I'm in the main address book. I go to new message then click on the address book icon. I click on the individuals name and click edit but there isn't anything to edit the actual email address. Is there another way to get the main address book? It won't even let me delete it and start over. I'm so confused

Open up the Address Book App and edit it there. It should be the first App in your Macs Applications folder.

Don't attempt to edit your address book in the mail program itself. It should be easier if you click on your address book icon in the dock and work on your edit that way- then you should be able to do what you need to in the mail program more fluidly without editing.
